  My background is that in 1992 I had cancer and have been told I have teeth that may be weaker than the average person. I have had problems of swallowing food which is due to anxiety and stress. This has reoccurred a few times in my life and happened again last year which led me to eating soups thoroughly blended, chocolate, drinking complan and build ups, the doctor also put me on liquid iron due to deficiency. The liquid iron and having complan drinks caused my back teeth to decay rapidly and many teeth stained grey lines due to an ingredient change (which did not happen before). Unfortunately my back teeth still need removing and the wisdom teeth however I am absolutely fine with this as the Cote Royd team and consultation with John gave me as much detail as possible followed by a tongue placement exercise to minimize dental anxiety and prevent further acid erosion in the future. They take every care into making sure every safe material and procedure is left to the patients individual choice and are happy to work with dental hospitals they refer you to also your GP or Consultant. The staff are so friendly and light-hearted always open for a chat, the waiting room is also a comfy conservatory with beautiful garden and reading material on spiritual/natural well-being and scientific breakthroughs. The staff all keep up to date on the latest dental treatments and breakthroughs to allow more options for the patient providing they are safe. Whether you have extreme dental damage or good dental health I recommend a consultation with Cote Royd Dental Practice, as there could be underlying problems which can be detected in advance with the specialist equipment. Just give them a visit they really love to teach and help with a better life. Absolutely worth it. I also encourage to spread the word on your experience with them. I will be taking John's advice to see their hygienist a few times and learn new techniques to clean up my teeth. I am also awaiting a treatment plan in the next few weeks.
