- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionist was so rude! When we asked for her name she was hesistant to give her full name and told us her name was 'Lucy' and we don't need her full name because 'there is only one Lucy who works here.' She put the phone down on us and then rang back saying 'do you want the appointment or not' which seemed very threatening. I am appalled at her behaviour as it was in no way professional and this is not the type of behaviour I expect to hear from a receptionist. We rang up being curious as to why my name had been blocked from the dentist and she answered very agressively. I will not be wanting to sign back up to this dentist purely because of the rude receptionist. I have never come across one before working at the Deighton Dentist, I am quite disgusted in her behaviour over the phone.by suman kaurDecember 05, 2016
