Thanks to the fitness training and diet planning they helped me lose 5 stone, i went from a size 18+ to a size 10, I now also no longer suffer with any joint or back problem thanks to the physiotherapy. Prior coming to Lindley Physio/HELPP fitness I had done every weightloss programme known, even extreme ones but always but the weight back on.
