- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had root canal surgery yesterday. Was a little apprehensive before. However, I needn't have been. The whole process was very professional and painless. Lasted about 1 hour 45 mins. The only rider I would add is that I would have liked to have each stage described to me as the process went on. However, I guess the dentist needed to concentrate so I can't quibble. Had a little pain once the anaesthetic wore off but slept well on a couple of paracetamol and today am totally pain free. Would highly recommend. Many thanks.by Andrew MoranNovember 12, 2017
