- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We had a bit of an emergency. So we called in on the off chance, although they seemed pretty busy we were seen within 30 mins. Premises were very clean and presentable. One if the reception staff was very helpful but the other was constantly on the phone. Although not usually a problem. He asked the same questions in the same dreary voice..don't mean to be sexist. .but women are so much better at getting the mist out of people on the phone.
